Important: The Get FAB With Suja app is designed for personalised nutritional coaching and fitness tracking. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information with full transparency.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information directly from you when you use the app:
- Account Details: Your name, email address, phone number, and account password (stored as a secure hash — never in plain text).
- Health & Body Measurements (Sensitive): Height, weight, BMI, age, gender, body measurements (chest, arms, shoulder, waist, abdomen, thigh), date of birth, physical activity level, and any medical conditions or dietary preferences you disclose. This data is collected solely to provide your personalised coaching plan.
- Progress & Meal Photos: Photographs you upload for meal tracking (calorie analysis) and body progress photos submitted as part of your coaching programme.
- Payment Information: We collect the amount, date, and status of transactions. We do not store your credit or debit card numbers, bank account details, or CVV codes — these are handled exclusively by Razorpay.
- Chat & Communication Data: Messages, images, and interactions exchanged between you and your assigned nutritionist via the in-app chat.
- Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, and app usage data collected for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
- Authentication Tokens: Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In tokens used solely for identity verification. We do not access your Google or Apple accounts beyond authentication.
2. Health Data — Our Commitment
We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your health and fitness data — including body measurements, progress photos, BMI records, and meal logs — to any third-party advertising network, data broker, analytics platform, or marketing company. Your health data is used exclusively to deliver your personalised coaching services and is accessible only by you and your assigned nutritionist/administrator.
3. Photographs & Media Handling
The app collects two types of photos:
- Meal Photos: Uploaded to our secure servers for AI-assisted calorie and nutritional analysis. Accessible only by you and your assigned nutritionist.
- Body Progress Photos: Uploaded as part of your measurement tracking. Stored securely on our servers. Accessible only by you and your assigned nutritionist/administrator.
Photos are stored on secured infrastructure. They are never used for advertising, sold to third parties, or shared publicly.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To create and deliver your personalised food charts, meal plans, and coaching content.
- To track your health progress (weight, measurements, BMI) over time.
- To process payments and manage your service access period.
- To enable real-time communication between you and your nutritionist.
- To send push notifications for reminders, plan updates, and coaching messages.
- To detect fraud, ensure security, and prevent misuse of the platform.
- To improve the app and our services based on usage patterns.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services that may process your data on our behalf. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
- Razorpay (Payment Processing): Processes all payment transactions securely. We do not receive or store your card details — Razorpay is the data controller for payment information. See Razorpay Privacy Policy.
- Google Sign-In: Used for social login authentication. Only your email address and display name are shared with us. See Google Privacy Policy.
- Apple Sign-In: Used for social login authentication on iOS. We receive only the information you choose to share. See Apple Privacy Policy.
- Push Notification Services: Used to send app notifications via Expo Notifications infrastructure (powered by Apple APNs and Google FCM).
We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party beyond what is listed above.
6. Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
To request deletion:
- Go to Profile → Delete Account within the app.
- Confirm your identity and submit the deletion request.
Upon confirmed deletion, we will permanently and irreversibly erase:
- Your personal profile and account credentials.
- All health data, body measurements, and BMI records.
- All meal and progress photos stored on our servers.
- Your complete chat history with your nutritionist.
- Your food chart and meal plan history.
Data Retention After Deletion: Progress photos and health records may be retained on our backup systems for up to 30 days following confirmed account deletion, after which they are permanently removed. Payment transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations.
7. Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), password hashing, and access controls restricting data to authorised personnel only. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Get FAB With Suja app is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately at the address below so we can remove their data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top and notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
